This is the slogan by the most outlaw e-liquids of all around the world. They are the creations of the famous US company Villain Vapors and they come from California, as the Villain Vapors guys point out, from Southern California.

Capone is the only tobacco produced by the Californian company:
(American Tobacco w/ Vanilla Bean &Caramel). A satisfying concoction of vanilla infused American tobacco with caramel notes on the exhale.
The bottle in my possession is a typical 60 ml unicorn bottle. Pleasant to the touch for the satin effect and certainly with a nice visual impact, with a clear inspiration to the world of outlaws between the end of the eighties and early twentieth century. This bottle is not TPD compliant.
The official product description can be summarized in three simple letters: RY4.
Many vapers are perfectly aware of the mysterious significance behind this inscription, and we have also talked about it several times in our reviews. We will spend two more words on the RY4 taste, especially for the new readers who are increasingly faced with our blog.
RY4 is the genesis of vaping, the e-liquid with which everything started in the remote 2004 thanks to the intuition of Mr. Hon Lik. RY4 was the fourth liquid produced by the company Ruyan (the first company to produce an electronic cigarette) and almost certainly the first ever to be marketed. What was the original recipe for RY4? Quite simply a tobacco background simulated synthetically and enriched with notes of caramel and vanilla.
So when we talk about RY4 we refer to a liquid that, officially enters in the category of so-called tobacco e-juices, but presents lovable, soft and delicate taste. Actuallt it’s probably the most accomplished product taste. Hard to miss in the catalog of a manufacturer of e-liquids.
On the smell I note the typical characteristics of a RY4: a clear caramel flavor and delicate vanilla scents lie on a drier background with slight acidity. The overall picture, however, remains lovely, sweet and full.
I know that I am going to test a non-new e-juice, so without delay, I drip the first drops of Capone inside my Peerless.
The puff in the head notes has the mild dry and bitter taste typical of a synthetic tabacco base. Just elusive and impercetible moments, in a sea of sweetness that soon invests all the e-liquid. A soft creamy caramel cream with its pleasant aromatic filling combines in the heart of the vape a vanilla bourbon veiled veil in a soft, voluptuous embrace. The mixture is pleasing and well-balanced, although obviously devoid of innovative ideas. But we Know, we are talking about the oldest e-liquid recipe ever. Nevertheless, I can not notice the presence of some spicy finishes that make the vanilla aroma present in the mix quite good. A not common vanilla.
During the exhalation phase, in a frame always composed and dignitously creamy, they smell tangles on a crushed background, conferred by the probable use of a pinch of acetyl pyrazine.
The bouquet, which in the taste quite clearly evokes a candy mou, is well blended and perfectly balanced and shows itself stable and performing at any condition and temperature of vape. The aromatic persistence is also pleasurable, never exaggerated and easily tempts to another puff.
Capone, the RY4 of Villain vapors, the tobacco e-juice with the less tobacco taste of the vape world, does not disappoint expectations. If you are in the mind of trying a good RY4, Capone can be a valid and safe choice.
Pro: Lovable and voluptuous RY4.
Cons: An obsolete recipe.
